Problem Note 55597: The createCampaign web service causes an exception when the campaign definition has no Custom Detail pages

You might encounter the following exception from a createCampaign web service call from the SmartBear SoapUI functional testing tool:
<ns2:ExceptionMessage>The custom detail page number 1 was not found.</ns2:ExceptionMessage>
This problem occurs when the campaign definition has no Custom Detail pages.
As a workaround, you can use an empty Custom Detail page and hide the page from the campaign manager.
